This vintage Verkade cookie tin features a loose-fitting lid and is adorned with Hindelooper-style ornaments in blue, moss green, brown, and more. Against a cream-coloured background, vibrant floral motifs grace the surface, while the sides depict additional flowers and a bird.

Manufactured in 1965, this tin was originally designed to store "Langetjes," a crispy baked biscuit sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

The name of the manufacturer, "Royal Verkade Factories Zaandam Holland," is stamped on the bottom of the tin.
