🛠 About the Product

The cylindrical tin has a warm yellow background with a subtle lighter diamond pattern. Six vertical floral sprays with leaves and nasturtium flowers are arranged around the body. The same decoration is repeated as a wreath on the loose round lid.

Green border accents and the brightly coloured floral motifs give the tin its characteristic retro appearance. The folded vertical seam of the tin construction is visible on the reverse.

🏭 Manufacturer & History

Verkade was founded in 1886 in Zaandam and grew into one of the best-known Dutch producers of biscuits, rusks and chocolate. Its distinctive packaging and storage tins have since become popular collectibles.
