🛠 About the Product

This small Arcopal espresso cup features a distinctive rounded shape, a slightly flared rim and a sturdy handle. The smooth white opal glass is decorated with colourful vegetable illustrations, including carrots, onions, peppers and artichokes.

The Pot au Feu pattern takes its name from the traditional French dish of slow-cooked meat and vegetables. Its warm colours and detailed illustrations give the cup the distinctive charm of 1970s French tableware.

With a capacity of approximately 100 ml, this is the smallest of the three available cup sizes. It is particularly suitable for espresso or a small coffee, while also making an attractive collector's item or an excellent replacement for a missing cup from an existing Arcopal dinnerware collection.

🏭 Manufacturer & History

Arcopal is a French tableware brand introduced in 1958 by the glassmaking company that later became known as Arc International. The brand became widely recognised for its durable, lightweight and smooth opal glass tableware.

During the 1960s and 1970s, Arcopal introduced numerous collections featuring colourful floral, fruit and vegetable patterns. Today, these distinctive designs remain popular among collectors and enthusiasts of vintage French tableware.
