🛠 About the food mill

This manual food mill is designed to sit over a saucepan or bowl. Turning the crank presses the food through the perforated metal sieve. Traditionally used for preparing mashed potatoes, cooked vegetables, fruit purées, apple sauce and soups.

The three supports allow the mill to rest securely on the rim of a saucepan or bowl while in use.
