🛠 About the product / Function
This cylindrical rusk tin features a warm yellow background with a subtle diamond pattern and a fresh green lower band.
The decoration shows six climbing nasturtium vines in lively shades of green, red, and yellow. The lid is also richly decorated with a floral wreath in the same motif.
The removable lid with rolled rim closes neatly. The back of the tin features a folded vertical seam – a nice authentic manufacturing detail.

Produced by Verkade, founded in 1886 and later becoming an icon within the Dutch food industry.
The design is by Cees Dekker, responsible for several recognizable Verkade tin designs from the second half of the 20th century.
