About the Manufacturer:

Verblifa (Vereenigde Blikfabrieken) was a leading Dutch producer of printed tin packaging. They collaborated with various brands to create decorative and functional containers such as rusk tins, tea tins, and biscuit tins.

Bolletje B.V. is a Dutch producer of rusks, crackers, and pastries. Founded in 1867 by Gerardus Johannes ter Beek in Almelo, the company began as a small bakery. By the 1950s, Bolletje had grown into the largest rusk producer in the Netherlands, helped by the popular advertising slogan "Ik wil Bolletje!" ("I want Bolletje!").

Interesting Features:
This rusk tin is both functional and decorative, with strong nostalgic value. The Bolletje logo was drawn by none other than Marten Toonder, famed for Ollie B. Bommel. The tin makes a charming addition to a retro kitchen, a collector’s display cabinet, or as a unique gift for lovers of classic Dutch brands.
