This delightful square, cube-shaped tea tin features a hinged lid bearing the Co-op logo. The lid is attached with a pin hinge. The green base is lavishly decorated with gold scrollwork and four illustrations reflecting the origins and enjoyment of tea: a tea picker with a plant, a mountainous landscape, a sailing ship, and an oriental woman enjoying a cup of tea. A subtle piece of tea history preserved in tin.
